Program description

CNC Leagues operates two text-message programs. The first is a verification program that sends one-time codes to confirm your mobile number when you sign in or verify your account. The second is an optional league-updates program that sends occasional news and giveaway messages. You may join the league using only the verification program; the updates program is never required.

Consent

When you check the verification consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive one-time verification codes by text message from CNC Leagues at the number you provide, sent when you sign in or verify your account. When you check the optional updates box, you separately agree to receive recurring league update and giveaway messages. Consent to the updates program is not a condition of joining the league or of any purchase.

• Verification: one message per login or verification request.
• League updates (optional): Message frequency may vary.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. CNC Leagues does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from that program. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@cncleagues.com. If you opt out of verification texts you may be unable to sign in, since the code is how we confirm your account.

Eligible numbers

We accept mobile numbers only. Landline, VoIP, and virtual numbers are rejected — this is one of the ways we stop a single person from running multiple accounts.

Privacy — we do not sell your number

CNC Leagues will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. To deliver codes and check a number's line type, your number is shared only with our phone-verification provider acting on our behalf. Your number is stored encrypted at rest and used only to secure your account and, if you opt in, to send league updates. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for the full picture.
